COVID-19 protective measures for your visit

You will find hereafter the protective measures anti Covid-19 applied in compliance with the protection recommendations of the Swiss Authorities and the Swiss Museums Association

 

Limited access and safety measures:

  • The museum can accommodate a maximum of 10 people at the same time in its spaces (staff included).
  • Please ensure that you maintain the appropriate distance of 2 meters in all areas of the museum and avoid crowding.
  • Please that there is no possibility to sit down during the visit of the exhibition, in the cloakroom or in the reception area.

Reception & Tickets:

  • The reception desk is equipped with a protective Plexiglas structure.
  • In the reception hall, access is only possible for one person at a time.
  • Visitors are invited to pay preferably with card or to bring the exact amount for cash payments. The reception staff will provide you with a guide to the exhibition; it is for single use only and will therefore not be returned at the end of the visit.
  • The museum staff coordinates the movement of people at the entrance to the museum and at the cloakroom.

Hygiene:

  • Sanitizer is available at the entrance of the Museum, near the cloakrooms, at the lavatories and on first floor.
  • Thank you for complying with the hygiene recommendations that have been generally publicized.
  • Lockers and cloakroom keys are disinfected by Museum staff after each use.

Shop & Services:

  • Publications may not be handled; excerpts from the catalogue are presented for the current exhibition. des extraits du contenu sont présentés pour le catalogue de l'exposition en cours.
  • The products and objects on sale may not be handled either; the staff remains at your disposal for any information.
  • Cafeteria service (coffee, gazzose, ice cream) is suspended until further notice.
